"Ruth has been an essential part of our family for the last year, starting when our baby was about 3 months old. She is professional, caring, well-organized, responsible, reliable and is clearly dedicated to her work. She started as our night nurse and has grown into helping during the day with child development. She got us on a great schedule, we couldn’t have done it without her! We have been delighted to have her be a part of our babies life, and he loves spending time with her as well. HIGHLY recommend for new moms."

"Ruth came on as our night nurse and brought knowledge, care and compassion to our home. She not only took great care in supporting our baby boy during the night, she also helped us get on a good schedule very quickly and taught us so much about how to best support our beautiful baby! Ruth and our son had such a wonderful connection that when he got a little older she came to support us during the day once I returned back to work. Ruth did a beautiful job caring for our him and also supporting me around the house to make sure everything (and everyone!) stayed on track. Ruth truly cares for her babies and their families and brings extensive training and expertise to her work. I recommend her to anyone looking for support for their newborn child!"

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? We're here to help! Can't find what you are looking for? Contact us!

  • How do I know what service is right for me?

Most first-time parents or parents of multiple babies like to have help all around the clock. An easy way to determine what service is right for you is by getting in contact with us and having a chat about what is right for your family and needs.

  • What are your rates for babysitting and parenting coaching services?

Our babysitting rates are as follows: $30–$32 per hour for one baby and $33–$36 per hour for twins. For new parents seeking additional guidance, we offer personalized coaching services at a flat rate of $380. These rates reflect our commitment to providing exceptional, reliable care tailored to your family’s needs.

  • How do I go about retaining the services of a baby nurse?

Baby Nurses generally do not go on interviews when placed through our company as they have already been vetted. Phone interviews are the most common. When the baby nurse arrives at your home, they are paid the first week in advance. Each baby nurse works differently and may prefer to be paid in cash instead of waiting for their checks to clear.

  • How early should we start reserving services?

As early as possible but it is recommended that 3 months before the baby is due the family reserve the services that they will require. A minimum of one month of anticipation is required so that the arrival of the baby and the new transition is as smooth as possible

  • How should we reserve your services?

After the initial consultation, our team will send out an agreement so your services can be reserved for the arrival of your baby. After the deposit is made then a full contract is written up based on the discussed services.

  • Responsibilities of the client

There is a two-week minimum for Baby Nurse services.
